The Hampton Report – a risk based approach to regulation…
The Hampton Report ‘Reducing administrative burdens: effective inspection and enforcement’ (2005). Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, risk-based regulation means more inspection where there is more risk and a light and limited touch where there is less risk. For details on how to control those risks and that paperwork, please contact us.
